Our story starts at Vegas Forge, our sister company and one of the most respected Damascus producers in the industry. That’s where the material is born—crafted from layered metals, forged, welded, and refined into billets with unmistakable pattern and character. Damascus isn’t mass-produced. The pattern you see is real, created through process—not printed, coated, or replicated. Every billet has its own fingerprint, and every part we make carries that same individuality.

From there, the forged Damascus moves to state-of-the-art CNC machining partners across the United States, where it’s transformed into precisely engineered components. Tight tolerances, clean lines, and consistent fitment matter—because “custom” should never mean compromising function.

Once machining is complete, the parts return home to Burnyn, where the finishing work begins. This is where the character comes alive. Our team handles the polishing, etching, and final detailing that brings depth and contrast to the pattern and elevates each piece from raw precision into a finished statement.
